Today (4 June 2015), the Election Commission office published the decision of the Election Commission dismissing the petition in the case of the complaint that Ms. Nantana Nanthawaropas, a person eligible to vote for the Senate members of Bangkok Province, Group 18 (Mass Media), No. 23, and Ms. Atchara Atchayakachat, a person eligible to vote for the Senators of Bangkok Province, Group 18, No. 57, violated the Organic Act on the Acquisition of Senators 2018, Section 77 (1), by arranging, making an offer, promising to give or preparing to give assets or other benefits that can be calculated into money to any person in order to induce the candidate or person eligible to vote or not vote for any person.
